 Up until very recently, most regulated mods limited their output power to levels much lower than could be achieved with mech mods.  Nitecore are the lowest quality chargers I would recommend they're easy to find, cheap and work with all types of batteries with the essential safety features built in, although they're a bit slow to charge. Xtar offer better quality chargers for a similar price and offer a better quality charger with the possibility for more information to be displayed and quicker charging than the nitecores.
